In a surprising announcement made before its customary launch event, Apple Inc. on Tuesday introduced new MacBooks equipped with the newest in-house M2 Pro and M2 Max CPUs.

The newest iPhone 14 series is more expensive than the Mac mini, which goes on sale on January 24 for a starting price of $599. However, Apple omitted to disclose the laptops’ prices.
According to Apple, the performance of the new MacBook Pro is six times faster than the MacBook Pro with Intel.
